Terms of Sale & Licence

Last updated: July 2026

These terms apply to all purchases of digital products from Merge & Land ("we", "us"), a trading name, not a registered company, based in England. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

1. What you're buying

Each pack is a one-time purchase of downloadable digital template files (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). No subscription applies. Files are delivered by instant download link after payment, and for Enterprise and Advisory purchasers, additionally via a dedicated Google Drive folder within 24 hours.

2. Licence

3. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund - no questions asked. As these are digital products delivered instantly, by purchasing you consent to immediate delivery; the guarantee above is offered in place of, and is at least as generous as, any statutory digital-content cooling-off right that is waived on download.

4. Advisory sessions

Advisory Bundle sessions are scheduled by email after purchase and must be used within 12 months. Sessions provide practitioner opinion and general guidance only; they do not constitute legal, tax, accounting or regulated financial advice, and you remain responsible for decisions made on your transaction.

5. No warranty on outcomes

The templates reflect practitioner experience but are provided "as is". Every transaction is different, and we make no warranty that use of the templates will achieve any particular integration outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid.

6. Intellectual property

All templates, structures, formulas and documentation remain our intellectual property. The licence above grants usage rights only; it is not a transfer of ownership.

7. VAT and receipts

Payments are processed by Stripe. VAT receipts are available on request via the contact page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
